Illetas Beach

This is one of the most beautiful routes to carry out by boat. Illetas is located in a natural park with crystal waters of fascinating beauty. Illetas Beach is recognized as one of the 5 best beaches all over the world and is only a few minutes away from the port of Formentera. In this fantastic beach, we can find numerous restaurants and well-known kiosks. For example, the famous “Juan y Andrea”, a restaurant where all the luxury yachts usually stop to eat, their specialties are fresh fish and paellas, among other delicacies. We can also find “El pirata”, with a more familiar atmosphere and a very varied menu. Also on this beach we can find “El Tiburón”or “El Molí de Sal” and finally the ideal “Beso Beach”, one of the best places to watch the sunset while drinking a mojito in a youthful atmosphere

Isle of Espalmador

One of the star routes of Formentera is to visit the island of Espalmador. It is a private island, which you can visit. It was bought several years ago by a family in Luxembourg for 18 million euros. It has an area of 137 hectares of land. It is a protected area so the building is very restricted in this place. A natural paradise, where you can visit the famous “baths” and a small church.

One of the most beautiful beach coves is “Cala Saona”. In this cove, we can find small caves, which are amazing sites for snorkelling or scuba diving. We can also find “Sol Restaurant”, which has one of the best rices in the island. On the opposite side of the restaurant we have an ideal beach bar to watch the sunset too.
